WNFC Welcomes New Board Member President of NFL Alumni DFW Chapter & Chairman of NLPA Presidents Liffort Hobley

Dallas, TX — The Women's National Football Conference (WNFC) is pleased to welcome Liffort Hobley as the newest member of its Advisory Board.


A consistent voice for driving equity and inclusion in football, and a long time supporter of women's football, Hobley joins as the the tenth board member of the league.


Current Board Members:

  • Melissa Lawton - Chief Content Officer SailGP, Founding Member Chief, Former x Meta | x Red Bull | x Olympics

  • Scott Pioli - Front Office Analyst for NFL Network and CBS Sports, Former NFL GM (5X NFL Executive of the Year)

  • Ann Kletz - CEO/Co-Founder of Goal Five 

  • Kiran Murthy - Delivery Executive - Google

  • Dr. D'Wayne Edwards - Founder of PENSOLE Lewis College of Business & Design

  • Jennifer King - Assistant RB Coach at Chicago Bears

  • Nausicaa Dell'Orto - NFL/DAZN Content Manager, Captain of the Italian National Team, Brand ambassador for Jordan.

  • Phoebe Schecter - Captain of the GB flag/tackle national team, Former Buffalo Bills Coach, NFL Analyst Skysports

In addition to his new role as board member, Hobley currently serves as the President of NFL Alumni DFW Chapter & Chairman of NLPA Presidents.


Professionally, Liffort serves on multiple boards, and is a former safety in the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted in the third round of the 1985 NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers and played seven seasons for the St. Louis Cardinals and the Miami Dolphins.
