Throughout the 2026 season, the Kansas City Glory running back established herself as the most dangerous rusher in the WNFC. With her explosive athleticism and unrelenting drive to win, Fautali turned every handoff into a potential scoring play and every defender in her path into one more obstacle to overcome.

She finished the regular season at the top of the league with 666 rushing yards on just 69 carries, averaging an explosive 9.7 yards every time she touched the ball. Fautali also led all WNFC rushers with 11 touchdowns and recorded a season-long run of 81 yards. Her production accounted for more than 70 percent of Kansas City’s rushing offense, making her one of the league’s most essential and impactful playmakers. Once she stepped onto the field, the connection was immediate. Born in a small town of approximately 750 people, she also spent her summers and much of her adult life in Cleveland, Ohio. As the youngest in a Sicilian household filled with boys who wrestled and fought, she learned early how to hold her own. There was little room for hesitation and no reason to back down.

That environment helped shape the hard-nosed, no-nonsense mentality that now defines her game. Fautali runs with purpose. She attacks openings decisively, absorbs contact and continues forward. Her speed can take her beyond a defense, but her toughness allows her to go through one when necessary.

Her path also demanded independence. Fautali moved out on her own at 16 before eventually earning a track and field scholarship. Her collegiate career sharpened the acceleration, strength, and athletic discipline that would later make her a dominant running back. When her time in track ended, football gave that competitive fire a new home.

Kansas City has become the place where everything has come together. Fautali is grateful to call the Glory home and values the teammates, relationships, and culture surrounding her.

Her individual numbers may have separated her from every other rusher in the league, but personal recognition has never been the center of her motivation.

“I want my team to win, and I want to be someone my team can count on to help make that happen,” Fautali said.

A fierce internal standard backs that team-first mentality. Fautali is constantly competing against herself, searching for another level even after a season that placed her at the top of the WNFC. She takes pride in what she has accomplished, but she does not believe she has reached her ceiling. There is always another improvement to make, another challenge to attack, and another game to win.

That relentlessness carries into every area of her life.

Away from football, Fautali works full-time in finance while also working part-time in strength and conditioning and modeling. She also owns a car and motorcycle lifestyle brand, building a life that reflects the same energy, ambition, and independence she brings to the field.

Her schedule stays full, but football remains the place where everything becomes simple: compete, perform, and win.
