Separation Season Has Arrived! Four weeks into the 2026 WNFC season, the league is no longer sorting itself out, it’s separating. The contenders are starting to create real distance. The playoff picture is beginning to take shape. And with only a handful of games left, every possession is now tied to positioning, seeding, and survival.
WEEK 4 STATEMENTS, NOT SURPRISES
Atlanta Truth 62, Florida Avengers 2

There’s explosive, and then there’s what Atlanta just did. The Truth delivered the most dominant offensive performance of the season, reinforcing why they now lead the WNFC in scoring at 34.8 points per game.
Renee Langlais continued her breakout campaign with 3 passing touchdowns, while the ground game overwhelmed Florida behind Ebony Minter (97 yards, 2 TDs) and Kendra Gabriel (79 yards, 3 TDs).
Florida, meanwhile, saw its new identity tested. The Avengers came in as one of the league’s better rushing teams, but were held to just 2 points, exposing how thin the margin becomes when they can’t control tempo.
Washington Prodigy 59, Jersey Shore Wave 20

Washington didn’t just bounce back, they made a statement. The Prodigy now sit top 3 in scoring and #1 in total offense (326.7 YPG), and Week 4 looked like the fully realized version of that identity.
The breakout star: Keena Samuels, who posted 141 rushing yards on just 5 carries (28.2 avg) and 3 TDs, one of the most explosive single-game performances of the season. Washington’s offense overwhelmed the Wave.
Jersey Shore, despite strong passing production from Karen Mulligan (298 yards, 2 TDs), continues to struggle defensively, now allowing a league-worst 40.3 points per game.
Texas Elite Spartans 28, Chicago Winds 0
The Spartans remain the most complete team in the WNFC, and Week 4 reinforced that. Holding Chicago scoreless while continuing to lead the league in scoring defense at just 4 points allowed per game.

Michelle Angel delivered one of her most efficient games of her career (180 yards, 4 TDs), while Maria Jackson (8 catches, 81 yards, 3 TDs) dominated a defense that had not allowed a receiving touchdown all year.
Defensively, the Spartans continue to suffocate offenses.
Chicago, meanwhile, continues to search for offensive identity, ranking near the bottom of the league in total offense (120.3 YPG) and rushing (30.7 YPG).
Utah Falconz 26, Las Vegas Silver Stars 19

Utah might be the most dangerous “quiet” team in the league. They don’t overwhelm you with flash, but they control games.
Behind Gina Mondragon (124 rushing yards) and a disciplined system, the Falconz improved their standing as one of the league’s top rushing teams (185.3 YPG, #2 overall).
Las Vegas continues to show flashes, particularly through players like Isabel Warren but defensive struggles remain a major issue, with the Silver Stars allowing 29.5 points per game.
