WNFC Coaching Pipeline Initiative

You've seen the posts actively recruiting female athletes from around the world to come play in the WNFC, the premier women's tackle football league, but have you ever wondered what it takes to become a football coach? And not just an average coach, but an effective coach?

One word- Development. Focused training including both on-the-field and off-the-field development is the differentiator, and with that understanding we decided to take action.

Led by the newly appointed Head of Coaching Development & Resources, Stephanie Balochko, the Women's National Football Conference is launching an initiative with 2 goals in mind:

  • Provide WNFC athletes interested in coaching football with development and opportunities

  • Create a pipeline for development and opportunities for individuals (open for all to apply, not exclusive to WNFC athletes and coaches) interested in coaching with a WNFC team

"Our goal is to provide our candidates with the educational tools and resources to develop and grow their coaching knowledge. We hope to promote and connect these individuals with coaching opportunities at all levels in football." - S. Balochko

All are welcome to apply, additional information will be provided via email.
