The Women’s National Football Conference (WNFC) is set to kick off the 2nd annual Adult Women's Flag Football Tournament, and this year’s competition promises to be the biggest yet.

Open to women 18 and older, the tournament features flag football teams fielded by each of the 17 WNFC tackle franchises, blending elite competition with community, culture, and celebration of women’s football.

A Two-Phase Battle for the Crown
The tournament begins with Conference Finals Weekend, June 6–7, held in tandem with the WNFC Tackle Conference Championship games:
Eastern Conference: Hosted at the site of the Eastern Conference Finals, 8 teams will compete in pool play on Friday, June 6, with the top squads advancing to a conference flag championship on Saturday, June 7, just before the tackle showdown.
Western Conference: Nashville, Tennessee will host Western Conference flag teams, following the same format, pool play Friday, championship Saturday.
These Conference Tournaments serve as the official seeding phase for the championship bracket.
Championship Weekend at The Star
All 17 flag teams from the Eastern and Western Conference will descend on Frisco, Texas for Championship Weekend at The Star, home of the Dallas Cowboys, during the IX Cup.
Phase 1 of the Finals Tournament will kick off Saturday night, June 21, following the IX Cup Championship game.
The tournament will conclude in a double elimination bracket, with teams battling it out for the WNFC Adult Flag Championship Title, $2,500 in prize money, exclusive WNFC swag, and of course, bragging rights for an entire year.
Who’s Got Next?
Last year, Laces Up, representing the Denver Bandits, dominated the field and walked away with the title. But 2025 brings new rosters, new rivalries, and new fire. Which franchise will claim the crown this time?
From Atlanta to Seattle, Los Angeles to Jersey Shore, the road to the WNFC Adult Flag Championship begins June 5.
All games will be streamed live on Victory+, giving fans front-row access to every snap, route, and touchdown.
It’s time to lace up. Flag football season is here.
