Women’s National Football Conference (WNFC) Taps GOALS Agency to Drive Sponsorship Sales Efforts

DALLAS– Women’s National Football Conference (WNFC), one of the fastest growing sports leagues in the country, announced the selection of Pittsburgh-based GOALS as its media and sponsorship sales agency of record. GOALS, a female-founded marketing & sponsorship agency that is fully dedicated to growing women's sports, will be responsible for executing a comprehensive corporate partnership strategy as the Women’s National Football Conference continues to chase down equity for women’s football.

Headed into its 5th season in Spring 2024, the WNFC is advancing professional women’s tackle football at lightning speed. Featuring 16 teams across the US, the WNFC launched in 2019 with groundbreaking multi-year partnerships with adidas and Riddell Sports. The partnerships were extended in 2022, as the league also signed historic distribution deals with DAZN and CaffeineTV.

The league's corporate partnership momentum continued when DICK’S Sporting Goods became the official sports retail partner of the WNFC.

Founded in 2020, GOALS helps women's sports properties sign more sponsorship deals - and help brands see the business value around investing in women's sports. Currently, women’s sports are grossly undervalued, despite research that shows that sponsors of women’s sports teams actually see better returns on their investments than sponsors of men’s sports teams. To-date, GOALS has fostered women’s sports partnerships with brands that include Topps, Gatorade, New Era, PNC Bank, Athleta, Canadian Tire, Ally, and ORIJEN Petfoods, and more. By partnering with the WNFC, GOALS will work to show brands the social and economic value associated with investing in professional women’s tackle football.
