Every June, the world lights up in color to celebrate Pride Month, a powerful tribute to the LGBTQIA+ community, their history, their fight for equality, and the joy of living fully and freely. At the Women’s National Football Conference (WNFC), this celebration isn’t confined to a month. Inclusion is our identity. Authenticity is our playbook. Pride is our power.

From the players on the field to the fans in the stands, the WNFC is one of the most diverse professional sports leagues in the world, built by athletes living out loud, loving boldly, and leading without apology.

Throughout the month of June, the WNFC and its teams will shine a spotlight on the LGBTQIA+ community through league-wide storytelling and special-edition gear..

"Everything you love about football is made possible in one way or another by someone in the LGBTQIA+ community. Celebrate sports, celebrate love, and celebrate that this game belongs to all of us!" - Odessa “OJ” Jenkins, CEO and Chairwoman of the WNFC

The WNFC stands proud with our LGBTQIA+ athletes, coaches, staff, and fan, not just in June, but every single day. Because when every identity is respected, every voice is heard, and every love is honored, we all win.
