It is with heavy hearts that the Women's National Football Conference (WNFC) shares the deeply saddening news of the unexpected passing of Utah Falconz Head Coach, Cecil Chang.

Coach Chang was far more than just a leader on the sidelines; he was an unwavering advocate for opportunity, equity, and excellence in women’s football. His passion, dedication, and leadership profoundly shaped the Falconz organization and elevated the lives of countless athletes he mentored.
